Once you have prepared the certificate it can be e-mailed or faxed directly to the requesting party.

If you would like for us to issue your certificate please fax the information for NC (336-721-1667) and SC (864-232-5410) to Certificates Department. Carolina Insurance Service, Inc. will issue the certificates in the order of receipt.
